Which Yoga class is right for me?

The most commonly asked question at our beautiful Yoga Studio is 'which Yoga class is right for me?' So, we've decided to write a quick blog to help you choose the perfect class/ course for you.


Firstly.. I want to say, I genuinely believe Yoga & Pilates can benefit EVERYONE. If you ask anyone who practices in our Yoga & Pilates Studio regularly, they will tell you first hand how much it has changed there life.

Our top 3 tips on how to choose the perfect class


1. Look through ALL of the services we offer at our Yoga Studio

We offer a number of different services, including Yoga, Pilates and 1-1 services. Before making a booking, make sure you look through all of these services - your likely to have a pretty good idea of which classes/ services are and are not for you!


For example, if you are looking for more support - or your returning from a injury, you may be more likely to want to benefit from our 1-1 services or our beginners Yoga classes/ courses in comparison to someone who has been practicing Yoga for 10 years and wants more challenging asanas (postures).



2. Read the associated levels with the class or course

It's really important that before booking a class at the Yoga Studio, you read the associated levels with the class/ course your wishing to book.


There is nothing worse than turning up to an advanced Yoga class as a beginner and feeling out of your depth. Although we will always do what we can to accommodate & make you feel comfortable (we will never ask you to push past your ability) - we have associated levels to help you choose the classes and courses you will most benefit from.



3. Read the class & course descriptions

Think about what you want to get from your class/ course. All of our classes & courses have descriptions with them, making it really easy to choose what class you wish to attend.


These descriptions, in addition to the level will help define your perfect class/ course. They will help you decide if the class is restorative, relaxing, based upon building strength or stretching. You'll also be able to see the aim of the class - are you wanting to switch off from the world outside?
