Your 'Yoga' Experience

Hi everyone

First of all thank you for everyone who has continued to support our beautiful Yoga Studio based. We think your amazing so thank you again.

The last two years has placed huge amount of pressure on the fitness industry and Yoga especially has suffered. I know zoom kept us practicing throughout the pandemic but it also has taken its toll on the survival of Yoga studios! 😞

I have personal friends who’s yoga studios have closed, I am also well aware that some larger well known studios are closing their doors or have already closed their doors! Yes I know worst things happen but the effort and time it takes keeping businesses afloat during this pandemic has been incomprehensible and exhausting, emotionally and physically!

As a Yoga Studio/ teacher we deliver the best we can for you, the students and we keep going for YOU. So you have a place to come together as a community of like minded individuals and practice together, united in the breath and knowing we are all connected.

As much as I love/d what zoom offered, I've also seen how it’s effected Yoga studio’s. I get that people love to practice at home and I m not saying zoom doesn’t have a place, it does, but, I have seen zoomers sneak out of a class to take a phone call, have there phone next to them and reply to text messages🤪… Be honest, how many times have you done that on zoom?! 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s easy it is to turn the camera off and or miss out certain asanas that may be challenging, which you wouldn’t do this in the studio… would you? Moreover, it’s easy to get into bad habits which, unfortunately, if left unchecked ultimately lead to injuries! 😞

I've worked in the fitness industry since 1991, I know that it has seasonal, there are peaks and there are troughs. I also know coming up to November Yoga Studios everywhere start to get quieter, which in fact means it’s the absolute ideal opportunity to either start a yoga practice, (I have lots of beginners courses currently running) or resume your practice whilst the classes are

relatively quiet so you can be under the very watchful eyes of me or Your Yoga teachers so that you keep safe and on point, with a practice that is beneficial and not potentially harmful through faulty technique.

Since we reopened in May 2021, we have had lots of our hardcore students return but not many ‘new’ to the Yoga Studio, so, if you know someone who may benefit from yoga, please do tell them about us and bring them along so we can practice together and we can offer some free sessions. Please help by tagging yourself in when you come through the door and leave honest reviews about your genuine experience of our Yoga Studio here in Burnley, Lancashire
